Immediate job opening for a full-time or two part-time Pastoral Associates to minister to the vital and growing Hispanic community of  St. Anthony Church on the west side of Indianapolis.  Active experience as an employee or volunteer in parish ministry preferred.  Bachelor degree minimum; theological formation preferred.   Experience in planning events, teamwork, and enabling the efforts of volunteers.  Strong interpersonal and communication skills.   Assumes responsibility, creative, organized, able to manage multiple tasks at the same time.  Personal commitment to maturing in the faith, openness to spiritual formation and growth, and a passion for parish ministry.  Leadership experience and ability to make decisions.  Bi-lingual in English and Spanish:  excellent verbal and written mastery of Spanish; reasonable competence in speaking both English and Spanish.  Knowledge and practical competence with computer systems:  Word, Excel, Power Point among others, and an ability to use the Internet.
