Our social action ministry continues to distribute food to needy families throughout our town even during the dog days of summer. Our chairperson Mike Crisafi smiles each week as boxes of food come into and out of our pantry to those in need.
Each week, volunteers come to gather, sort and distribute food and personal items to those on our monthly distribution list.
Mike points to the constant need for cereals, low salt canned items, pastas and the like. Also in great demand are low sugar items. Please bring in your donations whenever possible and leave them in the food box in the vestibule of church.
The need is great!
