A big welcome to the first grade students and their parents as we begin a new school year together. For some this is your first year at St. Benedict’s and I am happy to have you join our school family. To those students returning from kindergarten it is good to see you in first grade. This web page will give parents much school wide information as well as some of the skills the children are presently learning. One can find weekly first grade reading and spelling words or the math facts being studied that week. From time to time class projects are featured. I hope this will prove helpful to you.
