Learn to Pray!

Lord Jesus, send me the gift of your Holy Spirit to open my mind and heart that I may hear your voice. Strengthen me to overcome the distractions in life that prevent me from hearing your call or hold me back from answering you with my whole heart. Guide me to embrace the Vocation that will bring out the best of who I am in loving service to you, my God, and your people. I place my life in your hands. Amen Lord Jesus Christ, you gave us the Gift of the Eucharist that you may always be truly present to your people in your body and blood. In my reception of the Eucharist, may I be strengthened to follow your will. I especially pray for the gift of discernment that I may clearly see the Vocation you have called me to in this life. May I overcome whatever obstacles hold me back from following you and becoming a true disciple. I place my life in your hands. Amen
