Catechist Formation
It is through volunteer catechetical ministry that our Faith Formation Programs are staffed. For each catechetical ministry, we offer education and training to adequately prepare the catechist. Each catechist is encouraged to receive catechist certification through the Diocesan Catechist Certification Program (DCCP), which is the official faith formation program for all catechists in the Diocese of Orlando and attend the adult formation programs offered in the parish throughout the year. All volunteers in any ministry must be fingerprinted through the Diocese of Orlando and complete the Safe Environment Training required by the Diocese of Orlando.

We are each called by our Baptism to share the faith.
Our parish needs commitments to this calling.
