: The parish is always seeking talented instrumentalists to enhance weekly liturgies and concerts. If you have the gift of playing an instrument (drums, guitar, piano, bass guitar, violin, cello, flute, trumpet, whatever) share it with fellow parishioners during weekly and/or special celebrations.Cantors/Song leaders
: Lead the assembly in song during weekend and Holy Day liturgies. These singers are also asked to sing at parish weddings and sometimes funerals. Proper vocal technique, with the ability to invite people to sing, is important.St Gabriel Singers
: Adult choir that sings at our 10:30 a.m. Sunday Mass. These singers are sometimes also asked to sing at parish Holy Days, concerts and other occasions. Proper vocal technique, with the ability to carry a tune, read music and follow the director, is important.Angel Choir
: This is for children 4th through 8th Grade. They sing approximately 8 times a year at some 10:30 am Masses, Christmas Eve (early Mass) and some Children’s services on Holy Days and special occasions. Must be able to carry a tune and ability to follow the director’s lead.Gabriel’s Voice
: This Contemporary Praise Band leads our Life Teen Mass each week and also plays for other occasions (such as Confirmation Mass, Christmas Eve, etc). Members must be proficient on their instrument or in their vocal abilities, must be able to read difficult music and follow the director’s lead.All of the music ministry opportunities require commitment. Enjoy being part of a dynamic group of volunteer and professional musicians who experience the many rewards that come from creating song for our God and Creator.
