St. Henry Parish will offer EFT (Electronic File Transfer) for Regular Contributions on a monthly basis beginning in January 2007 (this does not include special collections, Holy Days, Christmas, Haiti, etc.).

What is electronic contribution? Electronic contribution is an automatic transfer program that allows you to make a monthly contribution from your bank account to St. Henry Parish without writing checks, which also saves you time.
When will it start? You can enroll now or any time in the future. The first transactions we will conduct will be in January 2007.
How is my information protected so that I may feel comfortable about doing this? All information is kept confidential. Once turned into the parish office, it will be retained in locked file cabinets and in a password protected, secure database.
How is my electronic contribution automatically deducted from my account? Once you authorize the transfer your specific contribution is electronically transferred directly from you checking or savings account to St. Henry’s
When will my contribution be deducted from my account? Your monthly contribution will be deducted from your account on the 5th of the month. However, if this date is a Saturday or Sunday it will be deducted on the following Monday. Special Collections are not included in the current deductions because of the number of changes that would have to be made throughout the year. We will send you envelopes for Special Collections on a quarterly basis.
How can I prove I made my contribution? Your bank statement gives you an itemized list of electronic transfers. It is proof of contribution. You will also continue to receive an annual statement from the church.
How much does electronic contribution cost? It costs you nothing and saves you time.
What if I change bank accounts? Simply complete a new authorization form and attach a voided check or savings deposit slip from the new bank account. Return the form to the church office or place it in the collection basket.
What if I want to change the amount of my contribution? Simply complete a new authorization form. Return the form to the church office or place it in the collection basket. If the bank account stays the same, you do not need to attach another voided check.
Is electronic contribution risky? Electronic contribution is less risky than check contribution. It can’t be lost, stolen, or destroyed in the mail, and it has an extremely high rate of accuracy.
What if I try electronic contribution and don’t like it? You can cancel your authorization for electronic contribution at any time by notifying St. Henry Parish in writing.
How do I sign up for electronic contribution? Complete and sign the authorization form on the next page and return it to the church office along with a voided check or a savings deposit slip in a sealed envelop. You may also drop the authorization form in the collection basket.
