Students must maintain their grades including Satisfactory level in conduct, effort and non-academic grades.
Taking part in sports, or any other extra-curricular activity is a privilege which brings with it responsibilities. A student who fails to meet these requirements becomes ineligible to participate in practices, games and functions.
Grades are checked when Progress Reports and Report Cards are distributed.
After School Practices and Club Meetings
Students participating in sports or any other after-school activity are to report to the designated meeting site at 3:15 p.m. Sports players must remain under coaches' or designated person's supervision at all times - even while waiting.
Security rules forbid children to leave their dismissal or activity area for any reason without permission from authorized personnel. Brothers or sisters of sports players are not permitted to remain on the premises after school, since supervision is not available.
After any practice, students must be picked up punctually, otherwise they will be sent to after school care and an indicated fee must be paid. Coaches and/or Teachers will stay with the students until a parent or guardian picks them up if an emergency arises.
All Practices and Meetings are closed to everyone but participants.
