Safe Environment Program

Each year, everyone in our parish and/or school who works with children, youth or vulnerable adults must complete the following two Safe Environment components that are required by the Diocese of Crookston:

1) Print out and complete the Acknowledgment Consent form. A new one of these must be filled out and on file at St. Joseph's Parish each year. Click the link below and print out a form. Your completed form can be sent to Mike Heinzen, safe environment coordinator, at the parish office.

2) Complete the Safe Environment training, which is Component A for this year (2009-2010).
