BEFORE YOU BEGIN
You will need: 
 1) A credit/debit card or a PayPal account to pay online enrollment fees. 
 2) It is advisable to use Internet Explorer as your web browser to access this form.

                                      
  
For returning users, Open a form you already started. You will need your username and password that you created before to log in to your existing enrollment form.

Tuition Assistance: All families applying for tuition assistance need to register first and then complete the TADS application online. Click here to go to TADS.

  Additional registration items needed:
All new families, in addition to all students enrolling in kindergarten, need to send a copy of the child(ren)'s birth certificate and baptismal certificate to the school office.

These two additional forms may also be necessary. Please download them and print them or request one from the school office.
