Every year at Pentecost, we celebrate the event of the Spirit filling the hearts of the disciples and enabling them “to proclaim.” The motto of St. Joseph's Parish is "Led by the Spirit." How have YOU witnessed the Spirit at work in your life? SHARE your own personal story with St. Joseph’s through our new “bulletin blog” called Led by the Spirit.
Submit your own story to be included in our new online Led by the Spirit story archive. All stories can be submitted anonymously and your name will not be printed. Go to www.stjoesmhd.com and fill out the Led by the Spirit online form where you can type your story or upload your story in Microsoft Word. You can also write your story out by hand (or print it out on your printer) and place it in an envelope in the collection at Mass with “Led by the Spirit” written on the envelope. Your story will be included in the online archive and will be considered as a feature in our monthly mail-out bulletins. Keep in mind that the intention behind the story is to encourage others in our community by sharing your own personal witness of the Spirit. Your story may be edited for length, spelling, grammar, appropriateness, etc.
