The icon presented here is of our parish patron saint, St. John the Evangelist. St. John is known for writing the fourth Gospel. As you enter our parish building you will see this icon before you enter the church.

Our parish has a Catholic Elementary School which includes pre-school through 5th grade. St. Luke's School in Plain (10 miles north) also has a Catholic School which includes pre-school through 8th grade. Our 5th grade graduates are encouraged to continue their Catholic education by attending St. Luke's School for grades 6-8. For more information check out the link for St. John the Evangelist School.
