R.C.I.A. (Rite of Christian Initiation of Adults)
RCIA is a process of exploration, formation and preparation for entrance into the Catholic faith for adults who want to learn more about the Catholic faith, who are returning to the church after an absence, or who want to become Catholic.
The process is a faith journey on which a person has an opportunity to explore the Catholic faith, to discover if God is inviting them to join the Catholic Church, to grow in their relationship with God, and when a decision is made to commit to the faith, to prepare for entrance into the Catholic Church.
The weekly RCIA sessions are small and informal. Each session includes a prayer, study, and time for questions an discussions. No one is ever pressured to become Catholic as that decision is between each person and God.
The sessions are held on Thursdays at 7:30 p.m. Contact Pastoral Associate, Fritzi Bohlmann, for details.
