Children between the ages of 4 and 10 years are introduced to the scripture of the day at a level that is appropriate for their age. Each week between 40-80 children participate. The children are escorted out of the church during the readings and the homily and have the Word presented to them. They return after the homily to their families for the remainder of the mass.
This program is offered at the 5 p.m. Mass on Saturday, and the 9:45 and 11:45 a.m. Masses on Sunday.
