The Sacrament of Confirmation is celebrated with adults annually at St. Columba Cathedral in the fall. This year's celebration at the cathedral takes place on Sunday, November 22nd at 2:00 PM. Adults who would like to be confirmed are required to register with the parish and participate in Confirmation preparation. Please contact the rectory office at (330) 453-2526 or email: stjosephcanton@catholicweb.com by October 1st to register for this celebration.
The next biannual celebration of the sacrament with students of the parish will take place in the spring of 2011, with preparation beginning in the fall of 2010.
Confirmation is also celebrated with catechumens and candidates during the RCIA process at the Easter Vigil every spring.
