SECRETARY coordinates the parishioner database, answers phones, and greets and assists parishioners. HE/SHE also prepares the bulletin for publication on a weekly basis. As the parish secretary at St. Joseph HE/SHE provides assistance to parishioners answering the phone. HE/SHE handles much of the sacramental arrangements and creates announcements for the weekend liturgies.
