About Us
It is the year 1951 and for the first time in the history of Spencer, Indiana, St. Jude Church held its first mass with just a few parishioners. Now the year is 2009 and St. Jude Church is 58 years old. We have seen a steady growth in parishioners and even built a new church to support all of our members and guests.
St. Jude Church is place where people can be together and feel like they are part of a loving and Christian family. Though the church is still small compared to others around it, the environment the church has to offer is beyond compare. The members of the Church makes it their goal to welcome anyone who comes to hear Mass or to help celebrate with us during one of the Sacraments that we celebrate.
