St. Jude School at 1120 4 Mile Rd NE, Grand Rapids, MI 49525 US - Parent Association

   The Parent Association is a hospitality/fundraising organization. We exist to support the teachers and students of St. Jude School. Everyone is invited to our meetings to hear what is going on in the school or to bring new ideas to the table. Here are some of the things that the Parent Association was involved in during the 2005-2006 school year.

 -Carpeting the classrooms

 -Painting the gym

 -Purchasing new computers to fill the computer lab

 -Recognizing our teachers during teacher appreciation week

 -Providing meals for the teachers during parent teacher

   Conferences

- School Carnival

-  Cheshire and Burger King nights

-  Opening Day reception and open house

-  Autumn Fling (Auction)

-  Amazing Race

-  5^th-8^th grade sports program

-  Donuts for Dad and Muffins for Mom

     There are many more activities that are run by the Parent Association. None of which would be possible without the amazing amount of volunteer time from our parents. Come and join us at our meetings and our family activities. Have a great year.
