| Mrs. Ann Rutowski |
School Principal My name is Ann Rutowski and I am the principal at Saint Jude School. I received my BA from Aquinas College, majoring in English with minors in Spanish, Sociology and Reading. I have a Masters in Educational Leadership from Grand Valley State University. My educational career began as a Title I teacher for the Grand Rapids Public School System. I joined the Diocesan Catholic Schools as a third grade teacher at Saint Mary's School followed by nine years as a Middle School Language Arts teacher at Saint Paul the Apostle School. In 1996 I joined the staff of Saint Joseph School in Wright Township as their principal. I have been a member of the Saint Jude School Family as the principal since 2005. My husband and I are parents of four children and the grandparents of two granddaughters. As the parent of children who attended Catholic Schools, I am proud to be a part of a system that provides children with the skills and support they need during their academic years. I believe that it is the responsibility of the entire school family, teachers, parents, students and parish to be committed to helping every child achieve the potential given to them by God. With that purpose in mind, Saint Jude School strives to provide a faith-filled environment that challenges our children to grow spiritually, socially and academically.
