St. Mary's at 1115 Pearl St., Anderson, IN 46016 US - Haiti Mission

The Haiti Medical/Dental Mission makes an annual, one-week trip to Haiti to provide medical and dental services to the people of St. Mary’s sister parish.

Serving in this ministry involves being a part of the Mission or being an Auxiliary.

Mission members are Medical Doctors, Dentists, Medical and Dental ancillary staff, and non-skilled volunteers.  They attend monthly meetings, assist in fund raising, prepare supplies, attend monthly meetings, and make the trip to Haiti with associated immunizations, port requirements, and foreign health requirements. 

An Auxiliary assists and supports the Medical/Dental Mission in the “at home” activities and projects such as: fundraising, collecting donations; separating, counting, and labeling medicines; packing, sorting, food shopping, and other misc. functions.

Donations are also needed in the form of monetary contributions or contributions of over-the-counter medicines, and supplies.  The following items are needed:  Tylenol (adult, children, infant), Vitamins (adult, children, infant), Antacids, Anti-fungal cream, Toothbrushes, Sanitary napkins, Pedialyte, Infamil powdered formula, Shampoo, Hand lotion.  Please place items in the baskets at the entrances of the church.
