St. Mary's at 1115 Pearl St., Anderson, IN 46016 US - Eucharist Minister

Eucharist Ministers assist the Celebrant in distributing the Bread and Cup during the Mass at Communion.

Eucharistic Ministers to the Sick take Communion to the sick and/or homebound. 

The Bishop commissions Eucharistic Ministers each year.

Serving in this ministry requires a person who is at least 16 years of age, confirmed, a member in good standing with the Church, and a practicing Catholic.  Eucharistic Ministers for weekend liturgies are scheduled periodically for one month.  Eucharistic Ministers to the sick and Homebound usually visit weekly or as needed.
