A Liturgy Preparation Team plans the weekend and Holy Day Masses for all or part of a particular liturgical season. The optional prayers and songs are selected by the team based on the theme of the scriptural readings of the specific liturgy being planned.
Serving in this ministry involves participating in a team directed by a member of the Spiritual Life Commission which meets to plan the assigned liturgies. Team members may serve only once, or may serve again later as desired.
