How can I make a donation or purchase advertising in the Auction Program?

Please consider donating an item to be auctioned off at the event.

You may donate items to the Auction by:

1. Download the Auction Donation Form;
2. Fill out the Donation Form for recognition in the Auction Program;
3. Drop off form and donated item to the school or parish office;
      or send by mail to the address provided on this website. 

Monetary contributions are also welcome. 
Checks can be payable to St. Marys School.

If you would like to place advertisement in the Auction Program, you can:

1. Download the Auction Advertising Form;
2. Fill out the Ad Form with your information;
3. Attach a business card or advertising art work;
4. Drop off form and payment to the school or parish office;
     or send by mail to the address provided on this website.

 

If we receive used items, they will be given to our parish office for the needy. Our goal is to collect at least 1,000 new items. Many of these items are grouped together for baskets and theme-related packages.

 

 

Do you own a summer cottage, vacation condo, timeshare or rental? Do you know anyone that does? We’re looking for hot spots all over the United States so that we can package together vacations to be auctioned off!

 

When dining out this summer, keep St. Mary’s Auction in mind. The auction needs gift certificates to all restaurants throughout Metro Detroit. Most places will gladly help out if you bring them an auction letter and donation form when you are there.
