The annual St. Mary's Auction is a fundraiser to support the school and its technology program. The auction is a casual attire, one-night, adult-only function which includes dinner, raffles, silent auction and an exciting live auction. This year the auction will be held on
Friday, November 13th
at the Knights of Columbus Hall, 27600 Hall Rd., Flat Rock. This year's theme is
"Friday Night Fever"

Please consider donating an item to be auctioned off at the event.
You may donate items to the Auction by:
1. Download the Auction Donation Form;
2.Fill out the Donation Form for recognition in the Auction Program;
3.Drop off form and donated item to the school or parish office;
or send by mail to the address provided on this website.
Monetary contributions are also welcome.
Checks can be payable to St. Marys School.

We are unable to accept used items!
If we receive used items, they will be given to our parish office for the needy. Our goal is to collect at least 1,000 new items. Many of these items are grouped together for baskets and theme-related packages.WE NEED YOUR HELP NOW!!!!!!
Ask for a donation from your salon, favorite photographer, doctor, employer and/or dentist.

Do you own a summer cottage, vacation condo, timeshare or rental? Do you know anyone that does? We’re looking for hot spots all over the United States so that we can package together vacations to be auctioned off!
Good Food + Restaurant Donations are a Good Mix!
When dining out this summer, keep St. Mary’s Auction in mind. The auction needs gift certificates to all restaurants throughout Metro Detroit. Most places will gladly help out if you bring them an auction letter and donation form when you are there.
