If your child attended religious education last year they have automatically been placed in the next grade level. Please fill out this registration form if:  your child is new to the program, is entering first grade,  did not attend last year, or if you have any new information to share. 

Please return it to St. Mary’s Parish Office, 406 E. Savidge St., Spring Lake, MI, 49456 – Attention Religious Education.  Questions?  Call 842-2840.
