What is Why Catholic? |
Why Catholic? offers an opportunity to become closer to Christ and to journey into a deeper relationship with our Lord through small groups studying the Catechism of the Catholic Church! These small groups can meet in any location in or near your own home and take place once a week for 90 minutes each over a six week period. Bishop Peter J. Jugis, JCD has recommended this program to all of the Parishes in the Diocese of Charlotte. To date, there are currently 39 participating parishes! Our Pastor, Msgr. McSweeney, hopes that Why Catholic? will help us all to deepen our faith and grow in knowledge of our faith. The next session of Why Catholic? will begin in the Fall of 2009. Watch the bulletin and this website for registration information this summer!
