We will be happy to serve from 30 to 250 guests for your Wedding, Shower, Baby Shower, Baptism, Communion, Birthday, Anniversary, Reunion or Funeral Luncheons

And for that personal touch we offer formal linen fare, china dishes and silverware or paper napkins and plastic table coverings.
Choose from our delicious menus and there is no charge for the use of the hall.
No taxes are added to the bill and tipping is voluntary. (not added to the bill)

Adequate parking lot facilities.
Buffet service includes light luncheons to full dinners.
Yes, you may provide your own cookies and dessert selections. We ask that no other food items be brought to the hall.
Alcoholic beverages are permissible when a special license is acquired.
When all guests have been served the buffet will remain open for one and one half hours so guests will be welcomed to enjoy extra servings.
Hall is open until 11 PM.
When booking your affair, “Our wish is to provide you and your guests with a thoroughly enjoyable dining experience.” We ask that your final count – the number of people attending – be given to us one week prior to the event except for funeral luncheons.
Children 3 to 10 years pay half price for the meal.
A DJ may set up in the hall up to six hours in advance.
Due to Saturday Mass schedule no music may be played form 4 to 5 PM on that day.
To be of the best possible service some housekeeping rules are necessary.
Kolbe Catering will provide paper napkins, color of your choosing, and plastic table coverings and skirting for your head table.
Glass dishes are always used except for dessert dishes
No Confetti or sprinkles are permitted on hall tables and nothing is to be taped to the walls.
We also offer white or ivory tablecloths and napkins but there is a fee of three dollars per plate to cover rental costs of these items. Nothing may be left in the hall overnight.
St. Maximilian Kolbe Parish is not responsible for lost or stolen items, including vehicles left overnight in the parking lot.
