Our Lady’s Pantry is an outgrowth of the Social Services Ministry at St Peter’s Catholic Church. It began in 1993 in a closet located in the parish office. The mission of Our Lady’s Pantry is to follow the command of Jesus Christ to “feed the poor”. We endeavor to accomplish our mission in the spirit of pious humility and respect for all who are in need of our assistance. In addition, we will make every effort to assist those who have other needs by referring them to other agencies, through prayer, and other works of mercy. Today, the pantry is operated in partnership with the parish as a ministry of Catholic Charities, Diocese of Charleston.

The pantry is located in the Sacred Heart House at 30 Carolyn Dr on Lady’s Island. For additional information call (843) 524-2179 or visit the website at http://www.ourladyspantry.blogspot.com/
