Altar Society is a society of women who are responsible for the care of the sanctuary, altar, special linens, and flowers. The monthly meeting time is the first Wednesday afternoon of each month at 1:00 pm in the Parish Center. Each Circle in the parish sends a representative to these meetings. Contact:Rose Link, President 274-4796 Circles include: St. Anne Circle provides flowers in the church each weekend and decorates for special liturgical seasons. St. Bernadette Circle supports Altar Society by selling a variety of nuts and seasonings throughout the year. St. Frances Circle supervises the Caring and Sharing Trees at Christmas time. They also sponsor Nibbles and Nectar in February. St. Jerome Circle supervises the Sunday nursery. St. Joseph Circle is in charge of funeral luncheons when requested by a parish family, and they also sponsor a fashion show in the fall. St. Mary Circle has two bake sales every year to raise money for Altar Society. They also chair the bake sale at the annual bazaar held in November. St. Monica Circle sponsor a monthly luncheon for the senior citizens of our parish on the 4th Thursday of each month. St. Rita Circle makes and provides layettes for mothers in need. St. Theresa Circle is composed of senior citizens who provide baked goods and food for parish functions.
