SPORTS ACADEMIC TEAM 4-H CLUB
Sts. Peter & Paul School has both girls’ and boys’ basketball teams, girls’ volleyball for grades 7 & 8, and cheerleading (upper and lower divisions). The basketball teams and cheerleading are for students in grades 3-8. Mr. Tom Gosney (635-7668) serves as the Athletic Director for our athletic teams.
The academic team is for grades 6-8. Students are eligible for these teams only if they remain in good academic standing (overall grade average “C” or above). Students compete at either the Varsity or Junior Varsity level and participate in Quick Recall events throughout the Fall and Winter and may qualify for regional and state competitions.
THE CARDINAL BANK
In partnership with Citizens Bank, the School also offers a monthly banking program (The Cardinal Bank). Students in grades 1 through 8 can maintain a savings account and may make deposits and withdrawals on a monthly basis (usually the first Wednesday of each month).
TECHNOLOGY COMMITTEE
The School also sponsors a Computer Technology Committee. Mrs. Dumaine is the moderator.
Students ages 9 and above may join the 4-H Club, which is moderated by Mrs. Nancy Sand. Meetings are usually held in the School Library in the evening.
YEARBOOK COMMITTEE
There is an opportunity for 8th grade students to participate in putting together the School Yearbook. Meetings are normally held after school in the Library.
