( Absentees/Tardies
If your child will be absent or tardy (for ANY reason) on any given school day, please call the School Office (635-4382) as soon as you make the decision to keep your child at home or if your child will arrive after 8:15 a.m. The safety of our students is of utmost importance. Our most important duty each day is to check to be sure that all students have arrived safely, and telephone communication directly to the Office is the fastest way to get the job done. If your child is absent or tardy and we do not hear from you, the School Secretary will call your home or office to follow up.
Students arriving after 8:15 a.m. or leaving before 3:10 p.m. must be signed in and out of the School Office.
Please note that tardiness DOES affect a student's perfect attendance record.
