HISTORY OF ST. THERESA:

Coal miners of Frederick, Firestone and Dacono formed St. Theresa's parish in 1923, after many many years of speratic services.

In 1938 the congregation of the tri-town area began to worship in the new brown and bluff "brick" building at 5th & Walnut, coal and farming have given way to newer industries and homes.
