Do you need a place for either a wedding reception, anniversary party, or maybe, your own home just isn't 'big' enough for a baby shower, or, birthday party? Father Kelley Hall, located at the corner of 25th Avenue & Fifth Street, is available for rent. Rental per event is available at a cost of Three Hundred($300.00) dollars for parishioners and Six Hundred ($600.00) dollars for non-parishioners [as of July 1, 2007]. An additional One Hundred dollars ($100) is for security deposit and will be returned if all in clean and in order. Accomodation is made for decoration in advance and clean-up following an event. Attention to the rules and regulations regarding the use and care of the Hall will result in whether a $100 refund is made to the renter following a cleaning inspection. Hourly events such as sports or practices have a charge of $25.00 for up to three hours for parishioners; $35.00 for non-parishioners. An liquor liability insurance must also be obtained if alcohol is erved (our diocese offers such insurance for $100.).  If there are any questions, or more in- formation needed, please call 942-4479.
