The St. Walter Class of 2009 is off to a good start. Their first order of business was to get organized and learn the routines of eighth grade life. Next, they got to work learning about science fiction, the presidents, the election, and the Church, as well as reviewing grammar and polishing their writing skills. On September 17, the class attended a presidential debate program sponsored by Brother Rice and The event was very student-centered, with junior high students acting as the press corps and participating in a trivia contest.
