Kindergarten is winding down and getting ready for first grade.  We have completed the alphabet, can read our reading words, can count in many different ways to 100 and most importantly we keep trying to follow Jesus in actions and words. 

Our trip to the Indiana Dunes West Beach was this month . We traveled with the 7^th Graders. We learned the about the glaciers that made the dunes.  We walked barefoot in the sand and dug with our shovels and pails. It was a beautiful day for the 7^th graders and ourselves to enjoy.
We made a quick stop to the Beverly Bankto visit with our Junior Achievement leader.

We completed our program in Peterson Hall so we are officially FIRST GRADERS!  We wish all of you a relaxing summer and we’ll meet you in first grade !
