The History Our Church
In the year 1887, Reverend William E. Gorey opened a station in
In July 1951 the Most Reverend William T. Mulloy of Covington Diocese decided to make the church a permanent part of
In 1955 a new building was erected to answer the needs of the growing parish and became St. William Hall. Bishop Mulloy visited
In 1999 we completed a major redecorating project in the church which included painting and carpeting, wooden panels behind the altar, padding for the church pews and kneelers, etc. The basement was also renovated.
We are very active with a Pastoral Council, Liturgy Board, Youth Advisory Board, Property Board, RCIA, Altar Society, and Youth Group.
In September 2007 we recalled the past history by celebrating the Golden Jubilee with past and present members of our parish along with Bishop Gainer and former pastors. May the Lord continue to bless us to always be the One, Holy, Catholic and
