Totus Tuus is Latin for "totally yours." Pope John Paul the Great selected Totus Tuus from St. Louis de Montfort's True Devotion to Mary to be the motto of his papacy. Totus Tuus means we belong totally to Mary. Since she belongs totally to Jesus that means we belong to him, too.
Totus Tuus means that we are right at the heart of the Catholic Church.
