Announcements from Newman

* The Newman Center will be doing two mission trips over the spring break from March 6 -13.  One trip will be to Nazareth Farm in the Appalachians and the other to Turtle Mountain Indian reservation in North Dakota.  The cost for each trip is $100.  Deadline for sign-up is Wednesday, December 2.  The money is due at this time to hold a spot.  Late registrants will be accepted if there is room available in the vehicles.  Contact our office for more info.

* Bishop Quinn will be doing a talk entitled Personhood and Gratitude on Monday, November 23 at 8:30 p.m. at St Mary’s University in the Common Room located on the 3rd floor of St Mary’s Hall.  The event is sponsored by SMU Students for Life.

*Special Thanks to all who contributed a shoebox gift for the Operation Christmas Child project.  We collected 32 gifts for this worthy project.

*The Sunday night Mass is held at 7 p.m. If you sing and/or play an instrument we would love to have you join us.  Rehearsals are at the Cathedral on Thursdays at 8 p.m.
